Who runs All Set

All Set is operated by Rachel Hassett, trading as Tech with Rach. Questions, privacy requests and complaints can be sent to hello@allsetkids.com.

Information we collect

When a parent creates and uses an account, All Set may collect and store:

• the parent’s email address, display name and information needed to authenticate the account;
• household information, child names, optional uploaded photos, routines, tasks and completion history;
• feedback sent through the app, including the feedback type, message, optional contact details, page and app version;
• payment status, amount, currency and provider identifiers needed to confirm and support access; and
• login-related browser storage and operational logs that may include times, device or browser details, network information, page activity and error information.

Parents choose what child information to add and can edit or remove that information. Uploaded family media is kept in a private storage area and is made available only when needed for an authorised family account.

Payments

Payments are completed through Stripe Checkout. Full card details are entered directly with Stripe and are not stored in All Set. All Set keeps the payment status and limited transaction details needed to confirm permanent access and help with payment questions.

How we use information

We use this information to:

• operate the app and keep each family’s routines and progress available;
• authenticate accounts and manage access;
• confirm payments and provide payment support;
• send an email notification when feedback is submitted;
• keep the service secure, investigate problems and improve reliability; and
• meet legal obligations.

All Set does not currently send marketing emails.

Service providers

We use Supabase for account, database and private media services; Lovable for app hosting and operation; Stripe for payment processing; and Resend for feedback email notifications. These providers handle information for us under their own privacy and security terms.

Some providers may process or store information outside Australia. You can email hello@allsetkids.com to ask for current details about the providers involved.

Browser storage and operational logs

All Set uses browser storage to keep you signed in, remember app preferences and support features such as sound choices and reliable app use. Signing out or clearing browser data may remove some of this information from that device.

Our service providers may create operational logs when the app is used. These logs help deliver the service, protect accounts and troubleshoot errors. The details and retention periods can vary by provider and service configuration.

Meta advertising measurement

All Set uses Meta tools to measure visits to our public and subscription pages, trial activations and first subscription payments. These tools may collect information such as pages viewed, the date and time of an event, campaign source information, and Meta browser or click identifiers.

We may use campaign tags and event identifiers to connect an ad visit with a later trial activation or first payment. Page visits may be sent from your browser. Trial activations and first successful subscription payments may be sent from our server. When the same event is sent both ways, we use an event identifier to avoid counting it twice.

We use this information to measure advertising and campaign performance and understand whether people who visit from an ad start a trial or paid membership. Meta may receive this information and handle it under its own privacy and security terms, including processing information outside Australia.

Website journey measurement

When you first visit our public pages, All Set creates a random, anonymous journey identifier stored in your browser. We use it to record that a visit happened, which page you arrived on, any campaign tags in the link you followed, the site that referred you, and whether you tapped a trial button. This identifier contains no name, email address, child information or payment details, and we do not use browser fingerprinting.

If you later create an account, the journey is linked to your account so we can understand which visits lead to trials and memberships. If you never create an account, the journey stays anonymous. Anonymous journey records are kept for up to 90 days; journey records linked to an account are kept for up to 13 months, and product milestones such as a first completed routine for up to 24 months. Deleting your account removes or anonymises linked journey records, subject to the financial records we must keep by law.

Access, correction and deletion

A parent can control the child and household information held in their account. To ask for access, correction, account cancellation or deletion of account and family data, email hello@allsetkids.com. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account holder.

After a verified deletion request, we will remove the account and family data where possible, including uploaded media. We may retain records where required by law. Copies may also remain for a limited period in provider backups or service emails before they are removed through normal retention processes.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy when All Set, our providers or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page will show when the current policy began.
