All Set

Give your kids the next step without repeating it 47 times.

All Set is the visual and audio family routine board for busy mums with multiple young children.

Create morning, bedtime, after-school and activity routines your kids can see, hear and tick off, even if they can’t read yet.

So instead of carrying every “teeth, shoes, toilet, bag, water bottle” in your head, your child has a simple board showing what comes next.

See how All Set works

A quick look at the routine board your child can use.

Here’s how it works for your child

  1. 1They see the taskEach task appears with a picture, so children can follow along even if they’re not reading yet.
  2. 2They tap “Hear it”Your child can tap to hear the task out loud.
  3. 3They do it, then tick it offOnce the task is done, they tick it off themselves.
  4. 4They get a little celebrationCompleted tasks trigger silly sounds and confetti.

Handy for younger kids, early readers, or the child who somehow hears a snack packet open from three rooms away but not “please put your shoes on”.

Because yes, putting socks on is technically a life skill.

But a little confetti doesn’t hurt.

“It has been an absolute game changer for us. My daughter has never been so focused and orderly in her morning.”
— Georgia, mum

For the mornings where “shoes” becomes your whole personality.

You know the routine.

  • “Brush your teeth.”
  • “Have you been to the toilet?”
  • “Where are your shoes?”
  • “No, not those shoes.”
  • “Please get your bag.”
  • “Shoes. SHOES.”

And somehow, while everyone technically knows what needs to happen, you’re still the one holding the whole sequence together.

All Set gives your kids a visual place to check what’s next, so the routine doesn’t have to live only in your brain.

Tiny win? Maybe.

Useful at 7:42am when someone is wearing one sock and asking for toast in triangles?

Absolutely.

Less “Mum, what now?” More “Check your board.”

All Set won’t magically make every child leap joyfully toward their toothbrush.

But it can give your family a clear, shared routine your child can see.

That means your child has somewhere to look before asking you what comes next.

And you’re not the only reminder system in the house.

“They checked the iPad themselves to see what they needed to do. It worked so well — I could be more hands-off.”
— Jacinta, mum of children aged 8 and 5

Made for real family routines

Routines that fit each child

Give each child the steps they need within your family’s routines.

Use All Set for mornings, bedtime, after school, activities, or any household sequence your family repeats.

Pictures and spoken tasks

Use built-in pictures or upload your own photos.

Children can see each task and tap “Hear it” to hear the instruction out loud.

One shared family screen

Got more than one child?

All Set can show all children on one screen, so siblings can work through their routines from the same family device.

You can also use individual child views when one child needs their own board.

Silly little celebrations

Completed tasks trigger silly sounds and confetti, making ordinary jobs feel a little more appealing.

The celebration helps. But the real usefulness is the visual board itself: your child can see the steps, hear the task and track their progress.

“My boys are loving it — especially the noises. You’ve really fixed a pain point for us.”
— Kaitlin, mum of two

Use it for the parts of the day that always need narrating

Morning routines: teeth, toilet, hair, shoes, bag, lunchbox.

Bedtime routines: PJs, teeth, toilet, book, bed.

After school: unpack bag, lunchbox out, shoes away, reader folder where it belongs. Bless.

Activities: swimming bag, water bottle, uniform, shoes and the thing they always remember as you’re reversing out of the driveway.

You can choose which days routines appear, so the right routines show up when they’re meant to.

Built by a teacher and mum of three who was very much living the shoe situation.

All Set was created by Rachel, a teacher and mum of three.

When her children were 2, 5 and 6, Rachel started with a paper routine on the fridge.

It helped, until it started curling in on itself, the younger kids lost interest, and the whole thing still needed a lot of adult project management.

So she built something her own children could use without needing to read.

  • A simple visual board.
  • Tasks they could hear.
  • Tick-off moments they could own.
  • Silly sounds and confetti to make the boring bits feel a little less boring.

All Set came from a real family problem, and it’s still used in Rachel’s own household.

Not because family routines are always smooth.

Because they usually aren’t.

And having a visual board helps.
