All Set subscription terms
Effective 25 October 2026
These terms explain how the All Set trial and membership work, in plain English. They cover new customers who start with the 10-day Starter Routine trial. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).
1. About All Set
All Set is a visual routine board for families. Kids see the jobs in their routine, tap “Hear it” to hear the instruction, tick jobs off and see their progress.
All Set is run by Rachel Zivia Hassett (ABN 40 878 347 184). In these terms, “we”, “us” and “All Set” mean Rachel Zivia Hassett. “You” means the parent or carer who signs up and pays.
2. The 10-day Starter Routine trial
New customers get one 10-day Starter Routine trial per household.
The trial includes one fully editable routine. It isn’t unlimited access to every All Set feature.
Before the trial, you choose a monthly or annual membership and add a payment method. We don’t charge you when you enter your payment details.
3. When the trial begins
Saving a payment method doesn’t start your trial. After checkout, we email you a setup link. Your 10 days begin when you activate the trial from that email by tapping “Start my 10 days”.
Before you tap, we show you the membership amount and the exact date and time your trial will end. If you don’t activate the trial, no subscription is created and we don’t take a payment. We remove your unused saved payment method after 30 days.
For security, the activation link can expire. During those 30 days, you can request a replacement link.
4. Monthly and annual billing
There are two plans.
Monthly: $12 AUD per month.
Annual: $120 AUD per year, taken as one payment each year. That’s 12 months for the price of 10, saving $24 compared with 12 monthly payments.
You choose your plan before starting your trial. A full membership gives your household unlimited routines, and the routine you built during the trial stays as it is.
5. Automatic commencement and renewal
Your chosen membership starts automatically when your trial ends, unless you cancel first. After the trial ends, Stripe will attempt the first payment using the payment method you saved.
After that, your membership renews automatically until you cancel: monthly on the monthly plan and yearly on the annual plan.
Before activating, you’ll see the membership amount and the exact date and time your trial will end. We’ll confirm those details after activation and remind you before the trial ends.
6. Cancelling during the trial
You can cancel online at any time before your trial ends. Go to “Manage membership” and choose cancel.
If you cancel before the trial ends, we don’t take a membership payment. You keep access until the scheduled end of your trial, and we’ll email you to confirm that date. After the trial ends, your routine stays saved in read-only form.
Each household gets one free trial. If you return later, you can start a paid membership and continue with your saved routine.
7. Cancelling a paid membership
You can cancel a paid membership online at any time through “Manage membership”. You don’t need to call or email us.
Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
8. Failed payments and the seven-day grace period
If a payment doesn’t go through, we email you and give you a seven-day grace period to fix it.
Full access continues during that time. You can update your payment method through “Manage membership”. If the payment succeeds, your membership continues as normal.
9. What happens when access becomes read-only
If we can’t recover the payment by the end of the grace period, All Set becomes read-only.
Your family setup remains saved while your All Set account remains open. You can view it, but you can’t edit routines or complete jobs until payment is restored.
To restore full access, update your payment method through “Manage membership”. Access is restored when the payment succeeds.
10. The Easier Routine Guarantee
The Easier Routine Guarantee is for new subscription customers. If you meet the usage requirements below and All Set still doesn’t feel like it has made your routine easier, you can claim a refund of the subscription payments we collected from you during your first 60 days.
That feeling is your reason for claiming. You don’t need to prove it. Eligibility depends only on the usage requirements and claim period.
To qualify, you must:
- Use the same household routine.
- Complete at least 75% of the jobs in that routine on each qualifying day. We count every job assigned to every child in the routine that day. For example, if the routine has 12 assigned child-jobs across three children, at least nine must be completed for that day to qualify.
- Complete three qualifying blocks of three consecutive days. Blocks don’t overlap. Six qualifying days in a row count as two blocks, and nine count as three.
- Spread those blocks across at least 21 calendar days, counted from the first qualifying day to the last, inclusive. For example, if the first qualifying day is 1 November, the last must be 21 November or later.
- Submit the claim within 60 days of the first paid subscription charge.
A qualifying day is a day when at least 75% of the jobs assigned in the routine are completed. A block is three qualifying days in a row. Days during the 10-day trial count. The 60-day claim window starts on the date of the first paid subscription charge.
To claim, email hello@allsetkids.com with the subject “Guarantee claim”, from the email address on your All Set account. We already have your usage records, so any extra detail is optional. A person will review your claim and reply by email within five business days. More on the guarantee page.
This promotional guarantee doesn’t cover customers who already have beta or lifetime access.
11. Refunds and Australian Consumer Law
The Easier Routine Guarantee is extra to your legal rights. Nothing in these terms, including the guarantee, excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
The guarantee isn’t the only way you may be entitled to a refund. If you think something has gone wrong, or you don’t meet the promotional guarantee conditions, contact hello@allsetkids.com and we’ll look at it.
If you cancel the trial before it ends, we haven’t charged a membership payment, so there is nothing to refund.
12. Reasonable changes to pricing or terms
We may change our prices or these terms.
We’ll email you with at least 30 days’ notice before a price change applies to you, so you can cancel first if you don’t want to continue. A new price applies from the first renewal after that notice period, never part-way through a period you have already paid for.
If we change these terms in a way that affects you, we’ll email you and update the effective date at the top of this page.
