All Set

The Easier Routine Guarantee

We built All Set to make one thing easier: getting through a routine with less repeating from you.

That’s what we promise. We don’t promise a perfect household, and we can’t promise how your kids will behave.

A new tool needs a fair chance to become familiar to your family. Here’s what that looks like: use the same routine, and complete at least 75% of its jobs on a qualifying day, counted across all your kids together. Three qualifying days in a row make one block. Complete three blocks, with at least 21 calendar days from your first qualifying day to your last.

If you’ve done that and the routine still doesn’t feel easier, ask for your money back. How it feels is your reason for claiming, and you don’t need to prove it. You can claim within 60 days of your first paid charge, and we refund the subscription payments collected during those first 60 days. Days during your trial count. All Set keeps count for you, so there’s nothing to track yourself.

This guarantee sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. It doesn’t replace them.

The full details are below.

Who it covers

The Easier Routine Guarantee is for new subscription customers. If you meet the usage requirements below and All Set still doesn’t feel like it has made your routine easier, you can claim a refund of the subscription payments we collected from you during your first 60 days.

That feeling is your reason for claiming. You don’t need to prove it. Eligibility depends only on the usage requirements and claim period.

This promotional guarantee doesn’t cover customers who already have beta or lifetime access.

The usage requirements

To qualify, you must:

  • Use the same household routine.
  • Complete at least 75% of the jobs in that routine on each qualifying day. We count every job assigned to every child in the routine that day. For example, if the routine has 12 assigned child-jobs across three children, at least nine must be completed for that day to qualify.
  • Complete three qualifying blocks of three consecutive days. Blocks don’t overlap. Six qualifying days in a row count as two blocks, and nine count as three.
  • Spread those blocks across at least 21 calendar days, counted from the first qualifying day to the last, inclusive. For example, if the first qualifying day is 1 November, the last must be 21 November or later.
  • Submit the claim within 60 days of the first paid subscription charge.

A qualifying day is a day when at least 75% of the jobs assigned in the routine are completed. A block is three qualifying days in a row. Days during the 10-day trial count. The 60-day claim window starts on the date of the first paid subscription charge.

How to claim

Email hello@allsetkids.com with the subject “Guarantee claim”, from the email address on your All Set account.

We already have your subscription and routine usage, so you only need to tell us a bit more. Every question is optional and short answers are fine. You don’t need to write a review or testimonial, or prove how the routine feels.

  • Which part of the routine still feels difficult?
  • What were you hoping would feel easier?
  • Did anything stop you using All Set normally?
  • Anything else you’d like us to know?

A person will review your claim and reply by email within five business days. If we need more information, we’ll ask in our reply.
